黔南民族地区高中班级间分层教学的调查研究——基于考制改革与学校转型的思考

摘要 为满足学生个性需求,结合地方文化经济实际,对黔南民族地区10所高中学校实施班级间分层教学展开调查。结果表明:分层以考试结果为依据;选修课程开设不足,文理分科、艺体生受成绩影响较大;实施班级间分层教学后的最大问题是学校的管理、教学仍以成绩为考核目标;学校、家庭、社会急功近利,忽视学生的个人发展。为此,提出了民族地区的高中学校转型与课程改革相关建议,以供参考。 In order to meet the individual needs of students and combine with the local cultural and economic reality, a survey was conducted on the implementation of inter-class stratified teaching in 10 high schools in Qiannan minority areas. The results show that the stratification is based on the examination results;the elective courses are inadequate, and the students of arts, science and arts are greatly affected by the results;the biggest problem after the implementation of the stratified teaching between classes is that the management of the school and the teaching are still based on the results;schools, families and society are eager for quick success and instant benefit, ignoring the personal development of students. For this reason, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the transformation of senior high schools and curriculum reform in minority areas for reference.
