摘要
本文从碳化钛钢结硬质合金的批量生产入手,以使用石蜡基和橡胶基成型剂的两类产品为对象,研究了两类成型剂对合金组织和性能的影响.研究表明,添加不同的成型剂采用相同的压制成型工艺,在经过1 410℃真空烧结后钢结硬质合金的致密化程度较好,组织和性能达到预期效果.使用石蜡基成型剂时,硬度、抗弯强度、冲击韧性的平均值分别为62.7 HRC、1 326.5 MPa、9.0 J/cm^2;使用橡胶基成型剂时,硬度、抗弯强度、冲击韧性的平均值分别64.3 HRC、1 513.3 MPa,13.3 J/cm^2.橡胶基成型剂产品性能稍好,两者都符合产品要求,但从工艺简便性和环保角度考虑,石蜡基成型剂更符合批量生产要求.
In this paper,The effect of paraffin plasticizer and rubber on the microstructure and mechanical properties of high manganese steel bonded carbide is studied under the commercial manufacturing condition.The experimental results show that two kinds of molding agents can satisfy the needs of production,and the alloys are almost completely dense under the same compacting conditions.The average values of hardness,flexural strength and impact toughness are 62.7 HRC、1 326.5 MPa and 9.0 J/cm^2,respectively,when paraffin plasticizer is used.The average values of hardness,flexural strength and impact toughness are 64.3 HRCN1 513.3 MPa,13.3 J/cm^2 respectively,when rubber is used.Considering the simple technology and environmental protection,the paraffin plasticizer is more suitable in batch production,although the higher mechanical properties can be obtained under the condition of using rubber.
