摘要 以第十二届全国结构设计竞赛为背景,研究“承受多荷载工况的大跨度空间结构模型”的结构设计与分析验算、截面选择及制作技巧,在进行模型设计时,不仅要考虑竖向静荷载作用,还要计入随机选位荷载及移动荷载等多种荷载作用,且要在模型自重最小的条件下完成指定加载点处的三级加载。通过SeismoStruct 2016有限元分析软件对结构模型进行仿真模拟,再根据计算结果对结构进行优化,完成整个结构布置设计。通过各种截面形式的杆件制作比较,并辅以创新性的制作手段,完成参赛模型的制作。整个过程体现了结构体系选择、有限元计算分析、杆件截面选择及制作对结构模型设计制作的重要性。 Based on the twelfth national structural design competition, the paper studies the structural design, analysis and calculation, section selection and production techniques of the "long-span spatial structure model subjected to multi-load conditions".In the design of the model, not only the vertical direction should be considered.For static load, it is also necessary to take into account various loads such as random selection load and moving load, and complete the three-stage loading at the specified loading point under the condition that the model has the minimum dead weight.The Seismostruct 2016 finite element analysis software is used, the structural models are simulated, then the structures are optimized according to the calculation results, and the whole structure layout design is completed.The production of the competition model is completed by making comparisons of various members in various sections and complementing the innovative production methods include adding longitudinal stiffened rib.The whole process embodies the importance of structural system selection, finite element calculation analysis, member bar section selection and production for structural model design.
