高含水率淤泥土层基础设计及施工技术探讨

摘要 在高含水率淤泥土层中施工桩基础及基坑支护,保证施工质量既是重点也是难点。结合项目具体特点及工程地质情况,通过比选确定TSC桩与PHC桩的组合桩作为桩基础、拉森桩+H型钢作为基坑支护结构的设计方案,同时在施工中采取切实可行的技术措施;经过项目施工实践,结合桩基检测试验结果分析,所选用的设计方案并选择合适的施工工艺、方法,可有效地解决在高含水率、高孔隙比、高压缩性且有可液化的淤泥土层中基础施工技术难题,取得较好的施工效果。 How to ensure the construction quality is both the key and the difficult point in the pile foundation and foundation pit construction in the sludge soil with high moisture content.Based on the specific characteristics of the project, the engineering geological conditions and the actual situation of the construction site, we can see the design scheme which chooses the composite piles of TSC pile and PHC pile as foundation, and uses the combination of Larsen pile and H Structural Steel as foundation pit supporting structure by comparison in this paper.During the constructing process, the construction team is required to formulate feasible, safe and secure construction plans and take feasible technical measures in strict accordance with the design drawings and construction specifications.Finally, through the project practice and the analysis of pile foundation test results, this design scheme and the selection of appropriate construction technology and method effectively solve the technical problems of foundation construction in the silt soil layer with high moisture content, high porosity ratio, high compressibility and liquefaction, and achieve better construction results successfully.
