装配式技术是当下建设工程的研究热点,以厦门海沧生物医药产业园4#中式厂房工程为例,分析了装配式厂房结构设计和施工方案,还原了整个施工过程,深入研究了预制构件及连接节点的设计处理,预制方案和安装技术。施工实践表明:预制装配式施工技术可提高生产效率和工程质量,改善现场施工作业环境,实现绿色化施工。

Assembled technology is the research hotspot of construction engineering at present.Underground engineering is developing towards the direction of building industrialization.Taking the 4# Chinese workshop project of Haicang Biomedical Industrial Park in Xiamen as an example, the structural design and construction scheme of the assembly workshop are analyzed, the whole construction process is restored, and the design and treatment of prefabricated components and connecting joints, prefabrication scheme and installation technology are studied in depth.Construction practice shows that prefabricated assembly construction technology can improve production efficiency and engineering quality, improve site construction environment, and realize green construction.
