摘要
以固沙先锋植物沙蓬为研究对象,通过种子活力测定、不同埋深及不同埋深+不同浓度GA3处理对沙蓬种子出苗进行控制试验,探索沙蓬种子对风沙活动的适应性和适应策略。结果表明:1.0%TTC溶液染色14~18 h能够快速有效地测定沙蓬种子的生活力;适度的埋深促进沙蓬种子萌芽,1.5 cm埋深处理的出苗率和发芽势均最高;GA3可以有效地打破沙蓬种子休眠,1.5 cm埋深+1 500 mg/L GA3处理出苗率最高,埋深过浅或过深对沙蓬种子出苗有抑制作用。
Agriphylllum squarrosum is a pioneer plant of sand fixation. In order to understand the adaptability of the seed germination to the windy and sandy environment, the seed emergence of Agriphylllum squarrosum has been controlled by measuring seed viability, different buried depth and different buried depth + different concentration GA3 treatment. The results show that, staining for 14-18 hours with 1.0% TTC solution can quickly and effectively determine the viability of the seed. Moderate burial depth can promote seed germination, and the treatment of 1.5 cm burial depth has the highest seedling rate and germination potential. GA3 can break the seed dormancy effectively. The seedling rate is the highest with the treatment of 1.5 cm burial depth + 1 500 mg/L GA3. The burial depth higher or lower than 1.5 cm can inhibit the emergence of Agriphylllum squarrosum.
