销钉锚具无粘结下碳纤维布锚固试验

摘要 为了研究销钉锚具在无粘结情况下预应力对碳纤维布的锚固能力,为后续预应力碳纤维布研究提供借鉴作用,采用试验方法研究销钉锚具在无粘结碳下销钉个数、销钉直径对纤维布锚固力的影响。对无粘结作用下碳纤维布的破坏情况,变形情况进行分析,推导出距离销钉长度—位移计算公式。研究结果表明,销钉锚具在无粘结作用下对碳纤维的锚固力有限,销钉锚具在无粘结情况下销钉直径为4mm时,碳纤维承受的锚固力最大,其最大值为Fmax=7.48kN,随着销钉锚具销钉直径增大、销钉个数增多锚固力降低。 In order to study the pin anchorage in the case of unbonded prestressed anchorage capacity of Carbon Fiber Sheet(CFS),provides the reference for the follow-up study of prestressed CFRP,the test method of this article USES research pin anchorage pin number under the unbonded carbon pin diameter of fiber cloth anchoring force analysis of the influence of the pin under the action of anchorage anchor unbonded CFRP damage,deformation,distance pin length-displacement formula is deduced.The results show that the anchoring force of pin anchorage on carbon fiber is limited under the action of non-bonding.When the pin anchorage has a diameter of 4 mm under the condition of non-bonding,the anchoring force of carbon fiber is the maximum,and its maximum value is F max=7.48 kN.The anchoring force decreases with the increase of diameter and number.
