摘要
由于国民经济的持续、快速发展,以及城乡居民居住条件的明显改善和生活水平的不断提高,我国的建筑能耗快速增长。目前,建筑用能占全社会能源消费量的比例不断攀升,从而加剧了能源供应的紧张形势。为了降低建筑能耗,既要节约,又要开源;因此,努力增加可再生能源在住宅建设用能中的比例,建设低碳生态城市,推广建筑住宅节能,已经成为我国今后住宅建设中的重要发展战略,分析和探讨了我国现阶段建筑节能设备中的太阳能和雨水回收节能技术利用,具有较高的能量转换效率和较低的投资成本,节能、环保效益卓越,是一种发展快速的可再生能源应用技术。
Due to the sustained and rapid development of the national economy,as well as the obvious improvement of living conditions of urban and rural residents and the continuous improvement of living standards,China’s building energy consumption has increased rapidly.At present,the proportion of building energy consumption in the whole society is rising,which has aggravated the tension of energy supply.In order to reduce building energy consumption,it is necessary to save both and open source,therefore,efforts to increase the proportion of renewable energy in residential building energy,building a low-carbon ecological city,and promoting building residential energy conservation have become the future residential construction in China.Important development strategy,the article analyzes and discusses the utilization of solar energy and rainwater recycling energy-saving technologies in building energy-saving equipment in China at present,with high energy conversion efficiency and low investment cost,excellent energy saving and environmental protection benefits,is a rapid development renewable energy application technology.
