In order to handle the common problems concerning external thermal insulation and cracking of buildings and so on in severe cold regions,sorts out and analyses the literature at home and abroad,puts forward the anti-crack structural design and innovative point-frame method through optimized combination.At the same time,it raises the key areas in strengthening quality technical measures and quality control to take a lead in the design and construction of thermal insulation and crack prevention outside buildings in severe cold regions in the future.
