摘要
文章建立集中统一的云制造服务大数据语义网,通过本体解决数据异构问题,在语义层面支持数据的互操作,实现数据有效集成共享,充分发掘隐含在大数据背后的知识和价值,构建跨领域可重构的云服务智能制造知识库,通过语义推理,实现对制造过程及制造系统的动态优化调度,使云制造服务处于最优效能状态。
The integrated semantic web for big data of cloud manufacturing service is constructed. The heterogeneous data are integrated by ontology. Then the semantic interoperability between data is realized. The data are effectively integrated and shared. The knowledge and value hidden behind the big data are fully mined, so the cross-domain and reconfigurable intelligent manufacturing knowledge base for cloud service is build. By semantic inference, the dynamic optimization and scheduling of manufacturing process and manufacturing system are realized, so the cloud manufacturing service is adjusted to be in optimized condition.
