基于麦克纳姆轮的半自主辅助如厕轮椅设计

我国人口老龄化的日趋严重,轮椅作为老年人的代步工具得到了广泛的应用,但当前绝大多数轮椅也仅仅起到了代步作用。针对老人或下肢不方便者如厕困难问题,文章设计了一种基于麦克纳姆轮的半自主辅助如厕轮椅。该轮椅采用麦克纳姆轮进行全向移动,通过电动推杆实现坐卧两种状态变换,安装有半自动升降扶手。轮椅实用性较强,能够较好的解决老年人和下肢不便者自行如厕问题。

The aging population in China is becoming more and more serious, wheelchair as a walking tool for the elderly has been widely used, but at present, the vast majority of wheelchairs have only played the role of walking. In order to solve the problem that it is difficult for the elderly or those with inconvenient lower limbs to go to the toilet, a semi-autonomous auxiliary toilet wheelchair based on McNham wheel is designed in this paper. The wheelchair uses McNham wheel for omni-directional movement, and the electric push rod is used to realize the change of sitting and lying state, and the semi-automatic lifting handrail is installed. Wheelchair practical, can better solve the elderly and lower limb inconvenience to go to the toilet on their own.
