铝箔轧机皮带助卷器装置的优化改进 被引量:3

摘要 想要达到助卷的标准,需要原皮带的助卷器在助卷的时候不仅要精准还要准确的调节包角油缸与张紧油缸中的压力,一般情况下会将张紧油缸与包角缸调到特别大的压力,以达到助卷要求。但在机架内部,几乎大部分的压力都被吸收了,导致机架本身发生变形并出现开裂。对于薄板卷取机来说,皮带助卷器工作的稳定性以及其工作的可靠性对机组的工作效率有着直接的影响。通过对助卷器原始结构的调试找到其中存在的问题,需要分析卷取力和张紧力进行理论分析,找到改进的方案并进行改进过后的效果分析,将铝箔轧机助卷器装置进行优化改进。 In order to meet the standard of roll assist, the coil aid of the original belt needs not only to accurately adjust the pressure in the angle cylinder and the tightening cylinder, but also to adjust the tension cylinder and the angle cylinder to a particularly high pressure.
