摘要
对管道应力分析基本荷载工况做了讨论,并建立了管道分析简化模型,对二次应力产生的原因进行了详细的理论分析,明确了Π型弯对减小二次应力的作用。对Π型弯各个参数与二次应力的关系进行了计算对比,其结果对实际管道布置及调整起到一定的指导作用。
The basic load case for piping stress analysis is discussed in the paper, a simplified model is also built for detail theoretical stress analysis to find out where the secondary stresses come from. According to the analysis, a Π-type bending is significant for the secondary stresses reducing, the different results of the secondary stresses are compared when the shape of the Π-type bending changes, the results are useful in piping arrangement and modification for real work.
