The quality of road and bridge project management has a direct impact on the quality of a project. Only by carrying out the construction plan and ensuring the construction progress can we improve the construction quality and ensure the construction safety on the basis of reasonable cost control. This paper focuses on the problems and control methods in the management of road and bridge engineering.
