五家渠雷达站新运行模式的风险管理

雷达室已在五家渠雷达站实施有人看守无人值守的运行模式,在确保安全生产的前提下,改变了目前“点多”且“分散”的值守方式,缓解人员配置不足的情况。在实施过程中,从技术和管理角度上完善新的运行模式,做好风险管控,为安全生产保驾护航。
