工程项目管理不同于一般的经商管理,它比较注重于管理者的技能,管理者的技术、经验、思路高度完善后,做事情才能在掌握之中,尽可能及早地避免风险。工程人不存在只说话的管理者,工程人就是工匠,工程管理就是指导、监督、检查、策划。
