摘要
目前,在工艺与结构方案设计过程中,地下厂站的柱网形状及尺寸、池型结构及形状、搅拌器布置以及曝气等因素在设计初期没有明确且统一的设计思路。对再生水厂生物池及泵站调蓄池潜水挽掉设备进行了CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)模拟,结果表明:圆柱比方柱的形状阻力小,可以节约能耗;柱网影响流场的充分发展;拐角为圆角的池型流态较好;曝气即气泡群运动影响流体的竖直循环。
There is no clear and unified design idea for the shape and size of column net, shape of tank, distribution of agitator and aeration about underground plant. In this paper, CFD simula tion of submersible agitator in biological pond of the water reclamation plant and storage tank is studied. The results show that the shape resistance of the cylinder is smaller than that of the square column, which can save energy. The flow field can be fully developed by reducing the probability of flowing through the column net. The pool with rounded corners has better flow pattern. The move ment of bubbles affects the vertical circulation of the fluid.
