摘要
针对滴水湖流域存在的雨污混接、缺乏面源污染控制措施和优质补水水源、射河涟河污染直接入湖的现状,采用水质管理TMDL的思路,以总磷控制为主导,构建了滴水湖水质保障系统方案。水质保障方案以控源截污为主,创新性提出使河湖独立的闸坝拦截措施,并综合源头减排和综合治理措施,有效保障滴水湖水质。
In view of Dishui Lake basin's current situation of illicit connections, lack of non point source pollution control measures, high-quality water source and river pollution going directly into the lake, this paper adopts the idea of T M D L and a systematic solution to water quality control in Dishui Lake is proposed, dominated by total phosphorus control. The solution is mainly based on source control, and innovatively proposes the pollutant interception dam to separate the lake from rivers,aiming to effectively protect the water quality of Dishui Lake.
