摘要
针对感潮河网地区内涝灾害频发的现象,以上海临港主城区为例,在对区域现状进行内涝风险评估和积水原因分析的基础上,从源头削减、排水路径优化、河道控制水位优化、水面率提高、排涝泵站设置、竖向控制以及管理的角度,提出构建区域源头减排、排水管渠、排涝除险、应急管理的水安全保障系统方案。模拟结果表明,该方案实施后可有效消除区域积水和内涝风险。
In view of the frequent occurrence of urban flooding in tidal river network region, taking Shanghai Lingang downtown area as an example, based on its urban flooding risk analysis, a systematic solution is proposed, consisting of source reduction, drainage path optimization, river water level control, vertical control, etc. The simulation results show that the implementation of the solution can effectively eliminate waterlogging and reduce urban flooding risks.
