西安市城镇二次供水水质监测、检测、评估及公示工作的思考

Consideration on water quality monitoring, detecting, assessing and publicitzing of urban secondary water supply in Xi’an City

作为城镇供水“最后一公里”,二次供水用户水龙头水质监测、检测、评估及公示是水务行业强监管、保障群众喝上放心水的重要工作。结合城镇二次供水监管职责,从二次供水水质现状和问题入手,思考研究开展西安市水质监测、检测、评估及公示的工作方法、评估指标和公示方式,为二次供水监管工作提供借鉴和参考。

As the "last kilometer" of urban water supply,monitoring,detecting, assessing and publicizing the water quality of taps for secondary water users is an important work for the strengthen supervision and guarantee the people to drink safe water. Combining with the responsi-bilities of urban secondary water supply supervision, the current situation and problems of seconda-ry water supply quality, this paper considers and studies the working methods, evaluation indicators and publicity modes of water quality monitoring, detecting, assessing and publicitzing in Xi'an City, which can provide reference for secondary water supply supervision.
