摘要
研究了消失模材料、真空度、原砂、冶金质量和浇注温度对球墨铸铁件显微组织的影响.根据分析结果,提出了相应的改进球墨铸铁件显微组织的措施.采取改进措施,排除或减少了消失模对球墨铸铁件组织的影响,有效提高了消失模球墨铸铁件的质量.
The effect of factors such as EPC materials, vacuity, roughing sand, metallurgical quality, pouring temperature on microstructure of nodular iron castings was investigated. On the basis of the investigated results some ways to improve microstructure of nodular iron castings were put forward. In so doing, the EPC had no or a little effect on microstructure of nodular iron castings, effectively improving quality of EPC nodular iron castings.
