摘要
目的探讨适合海上医疗队陆上训练的信息化手段与方法,达到降低训练成本,增强训练效果的目的.方法分析海上医疗队训练现状与不足之处,指出当前海上医疗救护训练亟需解决的问题,在实船训练之前可利用信息化手段,解决经常性、灵活性训练问题.结果为满足海上卫勤保障训练需求,利用仿真模拟技术,结合实船训练内容,提出模拟仿真训练系统需求与设计方案.结论通过研发海上医疗救护模拟仿真训练系统,可实现对受训人员基础知识、海上医疗救治流程、舰船医疗舱室整体布局,卫生装备布置位置以及人员战位等信息的培训,为进一步开展海上实兵实战化卫勤保障训练提供坚实基础.
Objective To explore information-based for the training of shipboard medical teams on land,so as to reduce training cost and improve training efficiency.Methods The training status and shortfalls of the present shipboard medical teams were analyzed and those urgent problems concerning shipboard medical care were identified.Before actual training onboard ship,those frequently-encountered and flexible problems in training could be solved by using information-based.Results To satisfy the requirements of marine medical support training,the needs and design schemes of analog simulation training system were proposed by using the analog simulation technique and in combination with actual shipboard training contents.Conclusion Through the development of the marine medical care analog simulation training system,more realistic training could be realized in basic medical knowledge,marine medical care procedures,information about oval-all layout of ship medical cabins,distribution of medical equipment or systems and information of combat posts.More importantly,it would provide solid foundation for further real combat training at sea.
