摘要
本文采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+水为流动相,使用Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在250nm波长下对20%吡噻菌胺悬浮剂进行分离和定量分析.结果表明,该分析方法的线性相关系数为1.000 0,标准偏差为0.10,变异系数为0.49%,平均回收率为99.87%.
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of 20%Penthiopyrad SC by HPLC with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase,and Zorbax SB-C18 column and DAD at 250nm wavelength was described.The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 1.000 0;the standard deviation of 0.10;the variation coefficient of 0.49%,and the average recovery of 99.87%has been obtained.
