超声引导下穿刺冲洗联合微波理疗在哺乳期乳腺脓肿中的应用

Application of ultrasound guided puncture and irrigation combined with microwave therapy in lactating breast abscess

目的探讨超声引导下穿刺冲洗联合微波理疗在哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者中的应用效果.方法将64例哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者按照随机数字表法分为实验组与对照组各32例.实验组给予超声引导下穿刺冲洗结合微波理疗,对照组给予传统手术治疗.比较两组患者症状持续时间、治愈时间、创口美容满意度.随访9个月,判断是否有脓肿复发.结果实验组治愈时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01),治疗后创口美容满意率(93.8%)显著高于对照组(25.0%)(P<0.01).结论超声引导下穿刺冲洗联合微波理疗治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者效果显著,术后恢复快,患者满意度高.

Objective To investigate the effect of ultrasound-guided puncture and irrigation combined with microwave therapy on breast abscess in lactation. Methods 64 patients with breast abscess in lactation were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method, 32 cases in each group. The experimental group was given ultrasound-guided puncture irrigation combined with microwave therapy, and the control group was given conventional surgery. The duration of symptoms, healing time, and cosmetic satisfaction of the wounds were compared between the two groups. After 9 months of follow-up, it was judged whether there was a recurrence of abscess. Methods The heal-ing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0. 01). The cosmetic satisfaction rate (93. 8%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (25. 0%)(P< 0. 01). Conclusions Ultrasound-guided puncture and irrigation combined with microwave therapy for lac tating breast abscevss is effective, with rapid recovery and high patient satisfaction.
