莫雷西嗪联合β受体阻滞剂治疗冠心病心律失常临床观察

Clinical observation of moricizine combined with β-blocker in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmias

目的探讨莫雷西嗪联合β受体阻滞剂治疗冠心病心律失常患者的疗效及安全性.方法将74例冠心病心律失常患者按治疗方案分为两组,各37例.对照组予以莫雷西嗪治疗,观察组予以莫雷西嗪联合美托洛尔治疗.统计比较两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率及治疗前后血清氨基末端脑利钠肽前体、左室舒张末期内径、左室射血分数、左室收缩末期内径变化.结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组左室射血分数显著高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径、左室收缩末期内径、血清氨基末端脑利钠肽前体水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论莫雷西嗪联合β受体阻滞剂治疗冠心病心律失常疗效显著,可明显降低患者血清氨基末端脑利钠肽前体水平,改善心功能,安全性高.

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of β-blockers combined with moricizine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia. Methods A total of 74 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan, 37 ca-ses each. The control group was treated with moricizine, and the observation group was treated with mori-cizine combined with metoprolol. The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction rate and serum NT-proBNP, LVEDD,LVEF and LVESD were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that than that of the control group (P<0. 05). The LVEF of the observation group was higher than that than that of the control group, and the levels of LVEDD, LVESD and serum NT-proBNP were lower than those of the control group (P<0. 05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0. 05). Conclusions Moriciz-ine combined with β-blocker in the treatment of coronary heart disease arrhythmia has a significant effect, it can significantly reduce the level of serum NT-proBNP, improve cardiac function and with high safety.
