矿用挖掘式装载机工作机构模态分析

摘要 针对矿用挖掘式装载机工作机构振动问题,运用有限元软件ANSYS建立三维结构模型,进行振动特性分析,得到模态振型图。结果表明,挖掘式装载机工作机构的前八阶非零模态振型图满足力学性能要求,符合动力学变化规律。该结果为挖掘式装载机的正常运行提供参考价值。 Aiming at the vibration problem of working mechanism of mining excavator loader,a three-dimensional structural model is established by using finite element software ANSYS,and the vibration characteristics are analyzed,and the modal vibration pattern is obtained.The results show that the first eighth order non-zero mode shapes of the working mechanism of excavator loader meet the requirements of mechanical properties and conform to the law of dynamic change.The results provide reference value for the normal operation of excavator loader.
