广汽菲克焊装车间电气系统设计标准总结

本文主要介绍国内知名汽车制造厂企业-广汽菲亚特克莱斯勒焊装车间的电气控制系统的的设计标准。该标准充分体现了欧美系汽车企业WCM制造理念,该标准部署的焊装车间设备自动化集成度高,电控系统功能完善,人机界面完善;软件方面,该标准与西门子CARS标准深度融合,控制系统的设计优良,与车间生产服务网络融合度高,是生产线高效安全运转的有力保障。本文基于硬件和软件两方面进行简要概述。

This paper mainly introduces the design standards of the electrical control system of the well-known automobile manufacturing company in China,GAC Fiat Chrysler welding shop.The standard fully embodies the WCM concept of European and American automotive companies.In terms of hardware,the welding equipment workshop with this standard has high automation integration,the electronic control system has perfect functions and the human-machine interface is perfect.In terms of software,the standard deeply integrated Siemens CARS standard,the control system is excellent,and the integration with the workshop production service network is high,which is a powerful guarantee for the efficient and safe operation of the production line.This article provides a brief overview based on both hardware and software.
