摘要
随着全球经济一体化格局的形成,企业的发展面临着越来越多的市场竞争,其中质量已成为各企业关注的核心,本文通过对六西格玛(6σ)质量管理方式运行基本模式分析,结合对某卡车前照灯改进的过程应用的案例分析,初步探讨了6σ在质量改进过程的重要意义。
With the formation of patterns of global economic integration,and enterprise development are facing more and more competition in the market,of which quality has become the core of the enterprise concerned,through this article on six sigma(6σ)basic model of quality management way,coupled to the odels of light truck headlight case analysis of the application of the improved process,initially explored the significance of 6σin the quality improvement process.
