摘要
航空器噪声影响评价是一个不断完善、完整的过程,也是个说客观也客观、说主观也主观的东西:既是评价标准,就得是个可量化、可计算的客观公式才行;可现实中,往往又大都靠主观感受——明明计算/测量的结果不超标,可住户就是觉得吵,亦或者你不觉得吵、而我觉得吵。可见航空器噪声评价有时亦是主观的,难以说清,只得“以人为本”。为了更好地“以人为本”,本文结合中国人口紧密分布之特征,提出叠加人口图层的航空器噪声评价方法。
Aircraft noise impact assessment is a continuous and complete process.It is also an object that's both objective and subjective:it is an evaluation standard,and it must be a quantifiable and computable objective formula.In reality,the evaluation criterion mostly rely on subjective feelings.The results of the measurements are not exceeded,but residents always feel noisy.It can be seen that the aircraft noise evaluation is subjective and difficult to explain.It has to be"people-oriented".In order to better"people-oriented",this paper combines the characteristics of the tight distribution of China's population,and proposes an aircraft noise evaluation method that superimposes the population layer.
