摘要
在某1750MW核电机组1号机调试阶段中,重复发生因跳闸模块液压卸载阀间节流孔脱落而导致每24h定期试验中必然跳机的异常事件。通过分析跳闸模块的结构与原理,基于现场试验数据进行故障排查,从而定位根本原因为跳闸模块卸载阀节流孔的设计、制造缺陷所致,并且为首次商用、缺乏参考。为此提出的更换加长型节流孔的解决方案,满足了机组顺利启动和长期安全运行的需求,并可为同类型或相似汽机跳闸模块的机组提供经验参考与借鉴。
As to the unexpected DI withdraw of Trip Block and turbine trip caused during the turbo periodical test every 24h,a good solution is analyzed and applied on the target 1750MW nuclear power plant,which meet the requirements of the design and licensee and ensure the safety operation and economic benefits.
