摘要
选取安徽省某财经类院校206名学生和10名教师,采用随堂观察、问卷调查和访谈的方法进行研究。结果显示该校大学英语课堂存在师生生态失衡、课堂生态过载等问题。对此提出对教师和学生生态位进行扩展以及采用师生协同进化模式对生态课堂主体位进行优化的应对措施,即主张维持生态课堂当中的活水效应,并依照最适度原则来配置教学资源。
By means of in-class observation, questionnaire survey and interview, 206 students and 10 teachers from a financial and economic university in Anhui province were selected to study the ecological status of the College English class. The results show that a certain degree of ecological imbalance in College English classes, such as imbalance between teachers and students, ecological overload in the classroom, and so on. In view of this, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to expand the niche of teachers and students and to optimize the principal niche of ecological classroom by teacher-student co-evolution, that is, to maintain the living water effect in ecological classroom and to allocate teaching resources according to the optimum principle.
