基于衣康酸和4,4′-联吡啶构筑的锰配合物的合成、晶体结构和性质

摘要 通过水热法合成了一个新的锰配位聚合物[Mn(ic)(bpy)0.5(H2O)]n(H2ic=衣康酸,bpy=4,4′-联吡啶),并通过X-射线单晶衍射和元素分析对其结构进行了表征.该晶体属于单斜晶系,晶体参数:a=7.9404(14),b=7.2046(14),c=19.567(4),α=90°,β=94.864(4)°,γ=90°,V=1115.4(4)3,Z=4,Dc=1.662g/cm^3,最终偏差因子R1=0.0711,wR2=0.1772[I>2σ(I)].该配合物先通过金属离子与羧酸配位形成螺旋金属羧酸链,相邻的羧酸链相互链接形成羧酸层,而后通过辅助配体连接形成三维柱层金属有机框架.每个Mn离子与三个ic阴离子相连,且通过bpy与一个锰离子相连,而每个ic与三个Mn离子相连.拓扑分析表明,柱层结构可以简化为一个普通双节点3,4-连接网络,具有ins拓扑类型和((6^3)(6^5·8)的Schlfli符号. A new Mn(Ⅱ)coordination polymer[Mn(ic)(bpy)0.5(H2O)]n(H 2ic=itaconic acid,bpy=4,4'-bipyridine)was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized structurally by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and elemental analysis.The crystal belongs to monoclinic crystal system,crystal parameters:a=7.9404(14),b=7.2046(14),c=19.567(6);α=90°,β=94.864(4)°,γ=90°,V=1115.4(4)3,Z=4,D c=1.662 g/cm^3,the final R indices:R1=0.0711,wR2=0.1772[I≥2σ(I)].A metal-carboxylate chain is formed by coordination of metal ions with carboxylate dianions,and adjacent carboxylate chains are linked to each other to form a carboxylic acid layer,and then joined by auxiliary ligand to form a three-dimensional columnar metal-organic framework.In fact,each Mn ion is connected to three ic anions and another Mn ion through one bpy molecule,and each ic anion connects with three Mn ions.Topological analysis reveals that the pillar-layer framework can be simplified as a commonly binodal 3,4-connected net with ins topology type and short Schl?fli symbol for(6^3)(6^5·8).
