摘要
小学全科教师教育培养基地建设是教育实习实践教学质量的重要保证,也是高师院校与基础教育双向互动的需要.在深入剖析小学全科教师和协同培养基地的内涵基础上,结合信阳师范学院在该领域的实践和探索,解析存在的规章制度不健全、工作态度不主动、合作形式不深入、保障措施不到位等问题,有针对性地提出制定完善的协同培养基地制度、推行相关政策增强主动性、构建“三位一体”的协同培养机制和提供全面保障的创新改革路径.
The construction of the training base for general teachers in primary school is an important guarantee for the quality of practical teaching in education practice,and it is also the need of the interaction between normal universities and basic education.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the connotation of general teachers in primary schools and collaborative training bases,and the practice and exploration of Xinyang Normal University,analysis of the existing problems such as imperfect rules and regulations,inactive working attitude,lack of in-depth collaboration and inadequate supporting,this study tries to find out how to improve the quality of practical teaching in primary schools,suggesting the innovations of formulating a sound cooperative training base system,implementing relevant policies to enhance initiative,building a trinity collaborative training mechanism,and providing comprehensive supporting.
