由福建省学生资助管理中心和兴业消费金融股份公司合作开发的“福建助学”App于2018年9月在福建省内共89所高校全面宣传并广泛运用,开启了福建高校精准资助和资助育人的新时代,标志着福建省学生资助工作向应用型、精准化、开放式、地方性等特征目标迈出了重要一步.“福建助学”App旨在将家庭经济困难学生量化测评指标体系纳入移动服务平台,从而建立一套可覆盖福建省内各高校的,集信息采集、审核、评定等功能于一体的精准认定信息化工作平台,也是一个集精准资助、资助育人、校园诚信体系建设和抵制不良网贷为一体的线上服务平台.福建省学生资助工作推广和使用“福建助学”App有助于深入贯彻精准扶贫思想,科学完成精准资助任务,积极开展资助育人工作,更加规范校园金融市场,促进新时代福建省学生资助工作又好又快地开展和完成.

“Fujianzhuxue”App,developed by Fujian Student Aid Management Center and Industrial Bank Consumer Finance Co.,Ltd.,has been widely publicized and used in 89 colleges in Fujian Province in September 2018.It opens the new era of precise funding and funding education in Fujian colleges and universities,and marks an important step towards the application-oriented,precise,open and local characteristics of student aid work in Fujian Province.“Fujianzhuxue”App aims to incorporate the quantitative evaluation index system of students with financial difficulties into the mobile service platform,thus establishing a set of accurate identification information platform which can cover colleges and universities in Fujian Province,including information collection,auditing,evaluation and other functions.It is also an online service platform that integrates precise financial support,education by financial support,campus integrity system construction and resistance to bad online loans.The popularization and use of“Fujianzhuxue”App in Fujian Province will help to carry out the idea of precise poverty alleviation,scientifically complete the task of precise funding,actively carry out the work of funding education,regulating the campus financial market,and promote the financial aids for student in Fujian Province in the new era.
