书法师资培训事关书法教师的成长与文化事业的发展.把“政府主导、高校引领、社会参与、岗位内驱”的培训机制作为推动高质量书法教育的有力手段,符合我国的中小学教育实际.
Calligraphy teacher training is related to the growth of calligraphy teachers and the development of cultural undertakings.Taking the training mechanism of“government-guiding,university-led,social participation,post-driven”as a powerful means to promote high-quality calligraphy education conforms to the reality of primary and secondary education in China.
