服务设计视角下的智能家居生态圈构建 被引量:19

On Construction of Smart Home Ecosystem from Perspective of Service Design

摘要 智能家居在其改善人类居住环境的同时,存在着诸如自然资源耗费过多、住宅环境与自然环境的共生性较差等问题,违背了生态文明建设的核心价值,有悖于提供良好体验的服务初衷,阻碍着行业整体的快速发展。生态文明与智能家居具有必然联系,构建并深耕智能家居生态圈,符合社会发展趋势与国家战略方向。本文运用生态学相关知识,结合智能家居产业布局现状,构建智能家居生态圈,包括家居生态、应用场景生态和供应链生态在内的三类子生态圈。兼顾人与自然、协同服务和全链路思维,通过对服务设计和智能家居生态圈的三点价值协同分析,提出了四点智能家居的服务创新策略:构建生态型智能家居;突破应用场景,提升服务体验;开放平台资源,统一协议标准;延展全链路思维,促进服务落地。构建智能家居生态圈顺应了生态文明发展潮流。智能家居除了在硬件制造上运用先进技术,还要更多地关注人与智能硬件的互动、智能硬件互相构成的空间应用场景、居家环境与智能硬件的结合以及智能家居产业的生产模式、平台建设和服务提供。 As smart home system improves people's living condition,it also brings many problems,such as excessive consumption of natural resources and poor symbiosis between residential environment and natural environment,which violates the core value of ecological civilization development,goes against the original intention of providing good experience and hinders the rapid development of the industry.Ecological civilization and smart home are essentially connected.Constructing and deeply cultivating smart home ecosystem are in line with the social development trend and national strategic direction.This paper applies relevant knowledge of ecology and combines the current situation of smart home industry layout to build a smart home ecosystem including three sub-ecosystem of household ecology,application scene ecology and supply chain ecology.After the three-point value collaborative analysis of service design and smart home ecosystem,while giving consideration to human-nature relationship,collaborative service and full.chain thinking,this paper puts forward service innovation strategies of smart home:to build an ecological intelligent home,to break through the application scene and improve the service experience,to open platform resources,to uniform protocol standards,to extend the full.chain thinking,and to promote the service implementation.
