摘要
目的:探究在心胸外科护理工作中实践应用优质护理服务的效果。方法:收治心胸外科患者160 例,分为两组,各80 例,参照组采用常规护理,研究组采用优质护理,观察两组并发症和护理满意度情况。结果:研究组并发症发生率和护理满意度均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理服务实践在心胸外科护理工作中可明显降低并发症的发生率,改善患者生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of applying high quality nursing service in cardiothoracic surgery nursing.Methods:160 cases of cardiothoracic surgery patients were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 80 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given high quality nursing.The complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results:The incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality nursing service practice in cardiothoracic surgery nursing can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients.
