团体心理干预对精神分裂症患者治疗效果的影响

Effect of group psychological intervention on the treatment of schizophrenia patients

目的:探讨团体心理干预对精神分裂症患者治疗效果的影响。方法:收治精神分裂症患者68 例,按照平行对照法分为研究组(常规护理+团体心理干预)与对照组(常规护理)。对比两组干预效果。结果:研究组干预后阳性症状评定量表(PANSS)、精神患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者实施团体心理干预效果显著。

Objective:To explore the effect of group psychological intervention on the treatment of schizophrenic patients.Methods: 68 patients with schizophrenia were selected,they were divided into the study group(with routine nursing + group psychological intervention)and the control group(routine nursing)according to the parallel control method.We compared intervention effects of the two groups.Results:After intervention,the PANSS and IPROS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of group psychological intervention on schizophrenic patients is remarkable.
