药剂科综合管理对抗菌药物合理应用的影响

Influence of comprehensive management of pharmacy department on rational use of antibiotics

目的:研究药剂科管理对院抗菌药物合理应用的影响。方法:选取药剂科综合管理模式前后应用抗菌药物治疗的患者为研究对象。随机选择2014年1月至2015年12月综合管理模式前使用抗生素的150例病人为对照组;同时随机选择2016年1月至2017年12月综合管理模式后使用抗生素的150例病人为观察组。观察抗生素的使用状态,抗生素使用不合理情况,治疗情况。结果:药剂科综合管理模式实施后抗菌药物的使用数量明显减少,与实施前有显著性差别(P<0.05)。药剂科综合管理模式后抗生素不合理使用的指标包括:用药时机,用药种类,用药剂量和用药途径,均明显好转(P<0.05)。抗生素治疗费用在综合管理模式后降低(P<0.05)。结论:加强药剂科的综合管理,能够促进抗菌药物的合理应用。

Objective:To investigate the influence of pharmacy management on rational use of antibiotics in hospital.Methods: The integrated management model of the pharmacy department included internal management of pharmacy department,collaboration between the pharmacy department and other departments,establishment of PDCA model,strengthening patient education and strengthening knowledge learning and propaganda of antibiotics.150 patients with antibiotic use before and150 patients with antibiotic use after integrated management model were enrolled into the control group and the observation group,respectively.The use of antibiotics,irrational use of antibiotics and treatment was compared.Results: The number of antibiotics used decreased significantly after the implementation of the comprehensive management model in pharmacy department,which was significantly different from that before the implementation (P<0.05).The cost of antibiotic treatment decreased after the integrated management model (P<0.05).Conclusion: Strengthening the comprehensive management of the pharmacy department can promote the rational use of antibiotics.
