Objective:To explore the clinical value of evidence-based nursing for patients with cholecystolithiasis undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods: All together104 patients with cholecystolithiasis undergoing laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from February2018 to January2019 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=52) was given routine nursing, while the observation group (n=52) was given evidence-based nursing and routine nursing. The hospitalization time and complications during hospitalization was compared. The pain was evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS) before and after nursing. Results: After nursing, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the duration of pain significantly shortened (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (3.8%&17.3%,P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Evidence-based nursing can reduce the pain and complications, which has important value in promoting the physical rehabilitation of patients with cholecystolithiasis undergoing laparoscopic surgery.
