摘要
船舶柴油机在使用过程中往往会出现各种异常振动的情况,针对柴油机的异常振动情况,应用鱼骨图和层次分析法从人、机、环境、材料四个方面进行分析和阐述造成柴油机异常振动的原因.通过计算得出各因素的权重,进而提出了相应的措施和解决方案.
The abnormal vibration of marine diesel engine often occurs in the course of using. Aiming at the abnormal vibration of diesel engine,fish skeleton diagram and analytic hierarchy process are used to analyze and explain the causes of abnormal vibration of diesel engine from four aspects:human,machine,environment and material. By calculating the weight of each factor,the corresponding measures and solutions are put forward.
