摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、半制备HPLC等方法对箭根薯(Tacca chantrieri Andre)地上部分的化学成分进行了研究,从中分离到12个化合物.其中化合物1为一个新的二氢查耳酮化合物,通过一维、二维核磁共振、高分辨质谱、红外、紫外以及多种波谱手段确定其结构为1-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-(2,4-bimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(1).通过波谱学数据及理化性质确定其他已知化合物的结构分别为:1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(2),alusenone(3),erythrabyssin II(4),phaseolin(5),warangalone(6),(2 S)-5-hydroxy-7,3′,4′-trimethoxyflavan(7),(2 S)-5-hydroxy-7,3′,5′-triamethoxyflavan(8),(2 S)-4′-hydroxy-5,7,3′-triamethoxyflavan(9),diosgenin(10),stigmasterol(11)和cycloneolitsol(12).
Using gel column chromatography(CC),Sephadex LH-20,and semi-preparative HPLC,the chemical research of the aerial part of Tacca chantrieri has been studied,which led to the isolation of twelve compounds.Among them,compound 1 was a new dihydrochalcone and its structure was established as 1-(1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)-3-(2,4-bimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(1)according to its 1 D and 2 D NMR data as well as MS,IR,and MS spectra.On basis of spectroscopic analysis and comparison with literatures,the known compounds were determined as 1-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-3-(2,4,6-trimethoxyphenyl)-1-propanone(2),alusenone(3),erythrabyssin II(4),phaseolin(5),warangalone(6),(2S)-5-hydroxy-7,3′,4′-trimethoxyflavan(7),(2S)-5-hydroxy-7,3′,5′-triamethoxyflavan(8),(2S)-4′-hydroxy-5,7,3′-triamethoxyflavan(9),diosgenin(10),stigmasterol(11),and cycloneolitsol(12).
