摘要 溃疡性结肠炎发病机制仍未完全明确。相关研究证实,环境、感染和肠道菌群等多种因素共同激活遗传易感者的肠黏膜免疫系统,活化炎症介质和细胞因子,进一步触发黏膜损伤。近年来,大量研究以中药复方、单味药及活性成分为研究对象,以期开发出治疗、预防溃疡性结肠炎的新型药物。本文就IL-6/JAK2/STAT3信号通路在溃疡性结肠炎中的作用及以IL-6/JAK2/STAT3通路中相关蛋白和酶为靶点的中药抗溃疡性结肠炎的研究进展进行综述。 The mechanism of ulcerative colitis is not yet fully understood.Studies related have confirmed that the environment,infection and intestinal flora and other factors jointly activated the intestinal mucosal immune system of genetically susceptible individuals,activating inflammatory mediators and cytokines,and further triggering mucosal damage.In recent years,a large number of studies have focused on Chinese medicine compound,single Chinese medicine and active ingredients,in order to develop new drugs for the treatment and prevention of ulcerative colitis.This review summarizes the role of IL-6/JAK2/STAT3 signaling pathway in ulcerative colitis and the progress of traditional Chinese medicine against ulcerative colitis targeting IL-6/JAK2/STAT3 pathw-ay-related proteins and enzymes.
