替吉奥胶囊联合顺铂注射液治疗晚期胃癌患者的效果研究

Study on effect of tegafur gimeracil and oteracil porassium capsules and cisplatin injection in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

目的 观察顺铂注射液联合替吉奥胶囊对晚期胃癌的治疗效果。方法 80例晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,根据抽签法分为观察组与对照组,各40例。观察组使用顺铂注射液联合替吉奥胶囊治疗,对照组使用顺铂注射液联合氟尿嘧啶氯化钠注射液治疗。比较两组患者临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者不良反应发生率为7.50%,明显低于对照组的25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在晚期胃癌患者治疗中应用顺铂注射液联合替吉奥胶囊,其效果十分显著,具有推广价值。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of tegafur gimeracil and oteracil porassium capsules and cisplatin injection in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods A total of 80 patients with advanced gastric cancer as study subjects were divided by lottery method into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with cisplatin injection and tegafur gimeracil and oteracil porassium capsules, and the control group was treated with cisplatin injection and fluorouracil and sodium chloride injection. The clinical effect and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was compared. Results The observation group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 7.50% than 25.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had obviously higher total effective rat of clinical treatment as 95.00% than 80.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Cisplatin injection and gimeracil and tegafur oteracil porassium capsules shows remarkable effect for patients with advanced gastric cancer, and it contains promotion value.
