摘要
将医学专业学位硕士招生考试能力考核目标与医师职业胜任力相结合,分析医学专业学位硕士招生考试的能力考查构念,采用层次分析法,构建医学专业学位硕士招生考试的能力考核框架,涵盖5项一级指标、18项二级指标。该框架为医学专业学位硕士招生考试建立了明确、有效、可操作的能力评价体系,为考试命题和开展评价提供了标准。
Combining the capability construct of the medical postgraduate entrance examination and professional competence, the study aims to analyze the main factors that restrict and influence the examination, and establish a competence assessment framework for the medical postgraduate entrance examination based on the analytic hierarchy process evaluation system. The framework includes 5 first tier factors and 18 second tier factors and provides clear, effective and applicable guidelines for test development and evaluation.
