早期系统性康复治疗对弥漫性轴索损伤患者认知功能障碍的影响

摘要 脑弥漫性轴索损伤(diffuse axonal injury,DAI)是一种严重的原发性脑损伤,常引起不良结果及认知功能障碍[1]。文献报道,在中重度DAI患者中约65%会出现长期的认知功能障碍,是DAI患者致残的重要原因之一[2]。目前,临床上对DAI患者认知功能障碍的认知仍不足,治疗措施有限,本次研究探索早期系统性康复治疗对DAI患者认知功能障碍的作用。现报道如下。
