略论“双一流”建设背景下的高校国际学生交流

Brief Study of University International Student Exchange on the View of “Double First-Class” Project

国际化办学已成为中国大学新时期发展的重要助推器。作为高等教育国际化最活跃的因素,国际学生交流也得到了蓬勃发展。世界一流大学非常重视国际学生交流,将其视为培养全球化精英人才的重要举措,并采取多种措施提升学生国际化素质。相较于世界一流大学,我国大学在国际学生交流方面还存在一定的制约因素,在交流定位、教学理念、管理体制、政策引导等方面亟需改进,以符合"双一流"建设提出的"推进国际交流合作"的目标,从而在国际协同合作的基础上提高人才培养和科技创新能力。

Internationalization has become the driving force for new development in Chinese universities in new era.As the most active factor in the process of internationalization,university international student exchange also has developed rapidly.The first-class universities all over the world pay much attention to university international student exchange and regard it as the important method to cultivate the global top talents,for which the universities have adopted various methods to improve the international awareness for their students.Compared with the first-class universities all over the world,there are some limited factors existing in Chinese universities in the field of student exchange,such as exchange purpose,teaching concept,administrative system and policy-making,etc.The limited factors need to be improved so that the goal of"promote the international exchange and cooperation"stipulated by"Double First-Class"Project,in which way the students’cultivation and scientific innovation abilities could be improved on the basis of international cooperation.
