摘要
中缅两国是传统的友好邻邦,双方政治经济交往源远流长。随着近年国家"走出去"重大战略、"一带一路"倡议的出台和实施,以及缅甸民选政府不断扩大对外开放,越来越多的中资企业进入缅甸市场。但由于中缅两国传统文化、职场文化、现行法律法规和行政管理等方面存在较大差异,近年来中资企业的劳资问题层出不穷。以莱比塘铜矿为例,就目前在缅中资企业劳资关系的概况、存在的问题和解决之问题的事例进行分析,对问题发生的原因进行探究,可为在缅中资企业如何构建和谐劳资关系提供参考。
China and Myanmar are near neighbors with politic and economy communication in the long history.As our government raised and executed the"Going out"strategy and the Belt and Road Initiative and Myanmar democratically elected government continuously opens to the outside world,more and more Chinese companies entered into the Myanmar market.However,because there are some obvious differences between China and Myanmar on the aspects of traditional culture,working environment culture,current laws and administrations,etc,the labor and capital issues appear frequently in these Chinese enterprises.This paper discusses the situation in Letpadaung Copper Mine as an example to illustrate the general situation,existing problems and solutions about the labor and capital issue in Chinese companies in Myanmar.Meanwhile,the author further investigates the reason of this phenomenon in order to offer a reference for these companies the strategies to establish the harmonious relationship of labor and capital.
