摘要
按实际工况模拟烟气,采用氧化反应器和鼓泡塔吸收装置研究氧化温度,O3/NO摩尔比、停留时间、臭氧通入位置以及不同吸收剂、pH值、含氧量、亚硫酸盐对脱硫脱硝性能的影响。通过烟气分析仪进行检测。结果表明,氧化温度和O3/NO摩尔比是影响脱硝性能的重要因素。O3/NO摩尔比增加能提高NOx去除效率,而氧化温度升高会降低NOx去除效率。停留时间和氧化温度共同影响NOx去除效率。合理的臭氧通入位置能提高NOx去除效率。此外,不同吸收剂的NOx去除效率不同,减少氧含量以及增加浆液中亚硫酸盐的浓度都能促进NOx去除效率的提高。
The influence of the factors including oxidation temperature,O3/NO molar ratio,residence time,ozone entry position,different absorbent,pH value,oxygen content and sulfites on desulfurization and denitrification performance was studied by using oxidation reactor combined with bubble tower.The experimental results were detected by the flue gas analyzer.The results show that oxidation temperature and O3/NO molar ratio are important factors affecting denitrification performance.NOx removal efficiency can be improved by increasing O3/NO molar ratio,while NOa removal efficiency can be reduced by increasing oxidation temperature.Both residence time and oxidation temperature affect NOa removal efficiency.Reasonable ozone entry position can improve NOx removal efficiency.In addition,different absorbents have different NOx removal efficiency.Reducing oxygen content and increasing the concentration of sulfites in the slurry can evaluate NOx removal efficiency.
