摘要
针对钢铁工业球团工序中普遍存在的二氧化硫排放浓度较高问题,基于碱性球团较酸性球团还原性好,可改善高炉炉料结构及降低冶炼成本的特点,以某一球团厂为例,分别对碱性球团和普通酸性球团冶炼各工序物料进行了硫含量检测,针对不同球团及球团烟气的硫平衡进行了计算,揭示了不同种类球团矿冶炼过程中的硫元素生成、迁移、转化规律。
Aiming at the problem of high SO2 emission concentration in pelletizing process in iron and steel industry,based on the characteristics that alkaline pellets have better reducibility than acid pellets and can improve the burden structure of blast furnace and reduce the smelting cost,the sulfur content of the materials in the smelting process of alkaline pellets and acid pellets was measured respectively in a pellet plant.The sulphur balance of different pellets was calculated,and the rules of sulphur generation,migration and transformation in the smelting process of different kinds of pellets were revealed.
